Launched in the summer of 2010, Lower East is a premier UK-based record label born from the collaboration of three London scene veterans: Cozzy D, Lee Brinx, and Ed Kane (aka Kanio/Dexter Kane). United by a singular ethos—quality electronic music—the label blends diverse influences including disco, techno, garage, hip-hop, drum and bass, jazz, 80s pop, and soul into sophisticated 4/4 beats.
