Based in the United States, Flash Records (The FEAM Group) is a dynamic record label specializing in rock and metal genres. Founded by a seasoned music industry veteran who began his career as a recording artist at age 14, the label draws from decades of hands-on experience in artist development, promotions, and label operations.
Leadership and Milestones
- Led by CEO/President with early radio airplay at 17 and key roles at Bad Boy Records, including interning under Sean “Diddy” Combs and contributing to the MTV special “Diddy Runs The City.”
- Served as Director of Artist and Repertoire at InYerFace Records (Sony Music Studios), developing Island Def Jam artist Laura Warshauer.
- Secured national radio play for debut artist Nina Vega’s single “I Wanna Know Ya Like That” on the Wendy Williams Show in 2006, produced by KNS (credits include Britney Spears, 50 Cent).
